  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right of erasure / deletion (in certain cases)
  • Right to restrict / object to further processing
  • Right of data portability: receive your data in structured format
  • Right to withdraw consent (where consent was the basis for processing)
  • Right not to be subject to automated decision-making / profiling (if applicable)

Requests will be handled within 1 month (or up to additional two months if complex) as required by PDPL. 

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, access controls, secure servers, and regular security reviews.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
